| I started teaching at Star of
the Sea in January, 1986. I feel very blessed to be here because of my
professional colleagues and the students that attend Star of the Sea. A
real sense of community exists among the the faculty. The
administration is supportive and helps me to live the mission of Star of
the Sea. I was asked to teach the Middle School Religion classes in 1995. I think what makes me unique is the way I take the message of Jesus and make it relevant to modern times. I do this through personal stories and events in the lives of the students. I use these as examples of how Jesus would want us to live. My goal is to help my students understand how Jesus Christ showed us the way to live by his examples of service and love. |
